Payments & deposit information
​
When booking an appointment with us we will ask for 50% of the groom amount as a non-refundable deposit. This is to reduce the number of no shows and last minute cancellations which has a great impact on the business financially.

The deposit can be paid in store, via cash payment or a cash transfer to our business account.
​
If you need to re-arrange your appointment , we will happily transfer the deposit you have paid to another booking.
​
We do ask that we have at least 48 hours notice to ensure we are able to fill the slot. If not, you will need to make a new booking and pay a new deposit.

Cancellations & no shows
​
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice. If you do not turn up, are more than 15 minutes late or cancel with less than 48 hours, we will request a new deposit for a new booking.

Time Keeping

When dropping off
​
When dropping off your pet please do your best to keep to your appointment time, if you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will run the risk of loosing your appointed grooming time and may have to reschedule.

When picking up
When picking up your pet, we ask that under no circumstances do you arrive before you have been contacted by us as we will still be grooming your pet. If your pet sees or hears you, they will very likely become frantic and excited on the table. This can make finishing the groom very difficult and dangerous as we are usually finishing the face and dealing with scissors towards the end of the grooming session. We will either ring or text you on the number provided to us around 10 to 15 minutes before your dog groom ends. If you turn up for collection early, the groom will end immediately and you will have the pet unfinished and be required to pay in full. We respectfully ask you to pick-up your pet at the stated time. We work by appointment and do not have the facilities for your pet to stay after their groom has been completed. A late charge will apply to any collection more than 15 minutes late or after we close.

Flea Policy
​
If your pup is found to have fleas, we will charge the percentage of the full groom. Plus costs of deep clean and closure of the shop until it's safe. Once the dog is flea free you can come back and have the groom completed.

Aggressive/difficult dogs
​
Any dogs that are aggressive towards us or another dog may need to be muzzled. If we feel the dog is too aggressive or difficult to groom, we may refuse to continue with the groom and send them home.

If unsatisfied with the groom
​
You have 48 hours to notify us of any disputes or concerns with the groom.
